Is finding the right image for your website daunting? Thrive Themes now integrates with third-party services that help you view pictures on your website’s back end.
You can now access images from Unsplash into your website backend.
In this article, we’ll learn how to access images and disable stock image integration on your website.
Loading Images from Unsplash
Thrive Themes comes with an inbuilt integration with Unsplash that allows you to search, pick, and use images without leaving your website’s backend.
To access stock-free images from Unsplash, open the page to which you want to add it in the Thrive Architect editor and click the plus (+) icon in the right column.
After you click the plus (+) icon, search the image element and drag and drop it on the page.
Once you drag and drop the image element on the page, a popup will appear, letting you choose an image. In this popup, click and open the Stock Images tab.
Under the Stock Images tab, you’ll see Unsplash stock images from which you can select. To select an image, hover over it and click its download icon.
Like the Image element in Thrive Architect, the Stock Images tab is available when inserting images in any Gutenberg post.
Disabling Stock Image Integration
If, for some reason, you want to disable stock images on a particular website, you can do that through the Thrive Themes General Settings.
To disable stock image integration, open your WordPress admin area, navigate to Thrive Dashboard, and click Manage Settings under General Settings.
On the General Settings page, click the checkbox to Disable stock images from third-party services.
We’ve just seen how you can use stock images from Unsplash on your website and disable them when necessary.
Next, you can refer to our document for websites that need you to display several images together, which will help you use the image gallery element effectively.
