Setting Up a Quiz in Thrive Quiz Builder
To begin creating a Survey Type Quiz, first, open your WordPress admin area, navigate to Thrive Dashboard >> Thrive Quiz Builder, and click on the Add New button to add a new quiz.
A quiz can also be created by clicking the block saying Add New Quiz.
After clicking to add a new quiz, you’ll see a popup where you select a quiz template. Here, you can select the template you want to use.
Since we’ll be showing you how to add a survey type quiz, we’ll select the Gain Customer Insights quiz template to proceed with. So, select the Go Customer Insights template and click on Continue.
When you select to use a Gain Customer Insights template, enter the Quiz name in the next step and click the Continue button.
When you select the Gain Customer Insights template, and click Continue, you’ll be taken to the quiz page where you’ll see the quiz type selected as Survey by default.
Selecting the Quiz Type
If you’ve selected the Gain Customer Insights template, and click Continue, you’ll be taken to the quiz page where you’ll see the quiz type selected as Survey by default.
Instead, if you’ve selected Build from Scratch, on the quiz page, in the Quiz type block, click the Change type button.
Clicking to change the type will open the popup where you select Survey and click the Save button.
Selecting a Quiz Style
After you’ve selected the quiz type as Survey, click the next block to Choose the Quiz Style.
Clicking to select the quiz style, you’ll see a popup on which you select the style and click the Choose Style button.
Setting Up a Splash and Results Page
After selecting the Quiz style, you’ll see the quiz structure on the quiz page.
The next step here is to set up a Splash page and Results page for the quiz.
Adding Questions to the Quiz
Once the splash and results pages are set for the page, you can move to add the questions.
