When you insert a “Static” link using Thrive Architect, you can either enter the URL of a certain page, or you can link an already existing page from your website.

The purpose of this article is to show you how to choose the content in which the search should be made, if you are looking to link content that you have already created and published on your site (pages/posts /Thrive Apprentice Courses, etc.).

This means that, if you want to link to a page that you have already created and published on your own website, you can start typing the name of that page in the URL field, and you will see search results of matching pages:

You can link to the one you want, by clicking on it:

Then, if you want, you can modify the settings, and establish where the search should be made. For that, click on the gear icon:

This will open a small pop-up, with some options of types of content in which the search should be made. Click on the checkboxes in front of the content types that you want to be searched. Here is an example:

Then, click on the green “Continue” button:

After this, whenever you search a page to be linked, the search will be made in all of the places that you have previously chosen.
