You can easily import quizzes in Thrive Quiz Builder and further customize them, or you can export the ones that you have already created to your computer. This article will go through the steps in which you can do that.

The first thing that you need to do in order to do any of these actions, you first have to access the Thrive Quiz Builder dashboard.

In your WordPress admin dashboard, go to the left sidebar and hover over "Thrive Dashboard". From the list of products that opens, click on "Thrive Quiz Builder":

This will open the Thrive Quiz Builder dashboard. You will be able to see all of the quizzes that you have created or imported here.

You can very easily import a quiz from your personal computer. In the Thrive Quiz Builder dashboard, on the top right corner, you will notice an "Import Quiz" option:

When you click on it, a pop-up will appear. You can upload a .zip file, or drop one directly in this pop-up:

Once you add the file, click on "Import Quiz":

The quiz will automatically be imported and opened, along with a success message, so that you can make the modifications that you wish if that's the case. You can then go ahead and use it on your website.

You can very easily export a quiz on your computer, as well. For that, in the Thrive Quiz Builder dashboard, find the quiz that you want to export. Once you locate it, click on "Edit Quiz":

This will open the page where you can edit and customize the quiz. On the top right side, you can see an "Export Quiz" option:

Click on it in order to export the quiz. A pop-up will open, and the process may last a few seconds. If you want to cancel it, you can click on the "Cancel Export Process" option from the bottom left corner of the pop-up:

Once the process finishes, a "Download Export" button will appear in the bottom right corner of the pop-up. Click on it in order to download the .zip file quiz:

The downloading process will automatically begin, and the file will be downloaded to your computer:
