Requesting a Hosting Company to Increase Server Limits

In some cases, you might encounter a problem when trying to upload a Thrive plugin or theme on your WordPress website.

This usually occurs because of the limitations/restrictions of your web hosting.

One of the solutions for this problem is to email the company that provides your web hosting and ask them to make the necessary changes in order to increase server limitations.

To make this process easier for you, we have created an email template that you can use:

Hello,
I am having difficulties when I try to upload a plugin/theme to my
WordPress Dashboard.
When I upload a theme or plugin of any significant size, then, I get an error
that says "Are you sure you want to do this?".
More information about the error here.
I have been told that this issue is related to my web hosting restrictions,
specifically the PHP memory limit or max post size
that has been reached.
Would you be so kind to change my server limitations?
Meaning, that I would like to have:

- the PHP memory limit set to 512MB
- the max post size bigger or equal to 50MB
- the WP-memory limit 128/256 MB
- the max upload size 50 MB
- the max input vars 2500
- and ideally the max execution time should be around 300.

Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Best regards,
.......

Copy this template, complete it with your name/signature and then, you can simply send it to your web hosting company.

Once they have made the changes, you should be able to upload the Thrive theme or plugin to your WordPress Dashboard without any difficulties.
