The “Reports” section of Thrive Apprentice can be used to view and export data about your online school, as well as your online school members.
You can access multiple dashboard and reports, that offer you insights about enrollment dates, progress and drop-off rates, your popular courses, top members and many more.
In this article we’ll have a quick look at how you can access various stats and insights for one student in particular, using the filtering options.
First, access the “Members” tab of your Thrive Apprentice navigation bar:
Here, look for the member (or student) for which you want to access data. You can scroll through the list or use the search bar:
As soon as you type in the name, your member should show right up in this list:
Click on the arrow to access a more detailed dashboard:
Now you can view the courses in which the selected member is enrolled, as well as the status, progress, enrollment date and many more:
At the top of this dashboard, you have this set of options that we will look into shortly:
- View WordPress user
Click here if you want to view/edit the WordPress user details of the selected member:
This will redirect you to the “Users” section of WordPress:
- Edit access rights
You can also edit the member’s access rights from here:
You will be prompted with this lightbox that you can use to revoke or grant access to your Thrive Apprentice products:
- Log in as this user
Then, if you want, you can log in as this user:
You will be asked if you are sure you want to proceed with this action:
- View member report
Lastly, if you click on “View member report” you’ll be taken to the main course dashboard:
The data available here will be filtered by member, so you get to see only the information related to the selected member.
Click through the available sub-menus to get insights about enrollment dates, progress and drop-off rates, popular courses, and many more:

Going back to the initial dashboard, here’s what else you can do here:
If you click on any of the listed courses, you can view the actual status of each module and lesson from that course:
If you check the “Select all” checkbox you’ll have access to a new set of options:
The same list of options will show up if you individually select the lessons/modules that you want:
You can mark a lesson as complete, on behalf of the student:
The system will then ask you if you are sure with your selection and what will happen if you proceed with this action:
Then, you can use this option if you want to unlock certain lessons/modules:
Here as well you’ll be prompted with this lightbox:
Lastly, use this options if you want to reset the status of a lesson:
Confirm your selection:
On the top right hand side of this dashboard, you have a progress bar that displays the completion level in percentage.
If you click on the “View course activity report” text, you can have additional insights into the activity and progress of the student:
So this will take you right back to the main course dashboard.
Once more, the data available here will be filtered by member, so you get to see only the information related to the selected member:
This is how you can pull out reports that are tailored for a specific member of your online school.
