Disabling AdBlockers to Open a Support Conversation

Are you having trouble opening a support conversation because of an AdBlocker? A simple setting in the AdBlocker will prevent it from interfering with the support form.

In this article, we’ll show you how you can disable an AdBlocker from interfering while you are trying to open a support conversation with our team.

Some of our users who have the AdBlocker extension installed see the following message when trying to open the support form on our website:

We’ve noticed that you are using AdBlockers. Please deactivate it/whitelist this page, and reload it to benefit from our support. Thank you!

This message is displayed when you are trying to open the support form and have an AdBlocker blocking it.

Some AdBlocker extensions may allow you to exclude a website, while most may not. Therefore, the best way to deal with this is to pause/temporarily disable the AdBlocker extension until you submit the support form.

To disable the extension, click its icon in your browser to open quick options.

In the AdBlocker extension settings, look for an option to disable/pause and click on it.

After disabling the AdBlocker, reload the page. You should be able to open a support conversation with us using the support form on our website.

This is how you can prevent an AdBlocker from interfering in your interaction with our support form.
