Would you like a deeper look at how your opt-in forms are performing than the dashboard’s summary cards give you? In this guide, we will walk you through the new Lead Reports page in Thrive Leads, including its report types, filters, and the conversion details table. All you need is Thrive Leads installed and activated on your WordPress site.
Opening Lead Reports
- Select Lead Reports in the top navigation bar inside Thrive Leads.
The page opens on the Conversion Report by default, showing a trend chart with a legend for each of your Lead Groups.

Switching Report Types
- Click the Report dropdown to choose a different view.
Thrive Leads offers Conversion Report, Conversion Rate Report, Cumulative Conversions Report, Comparison Report, List Growth, Cumulative List Growth, Lead Referral Report, Lead Tracking Report, and Content Marketing Report.

- Select the report type you want to view.
Filtering by Date and Source
- Use the Date interval dropdown to change the time range a report covers.
- Use the Days, Weeks, or Months toggle above the chart to change how that range is grouped.
- Use the Source dropdown to narrow a report down to a specific form or Lead Group instead of your whole account.
Choosing Which Lead Groups Appear on the Chart
- Below the chart, check or uncheck individual Lead Groups, or use Show All, to control which ones are plotted at the same time.
Reviewing the Conversion Details Table
Below the chart and its Lead Group legend, Thrive Leads lists every individual conversion in a Conversion Details table.

- Scroll down below the chart to find the Conversion Details table.
- Review each row for the lead’s Name (and email address, shown underneath), the Date and time of the conversion, the Lead Group/Shortcode it came from, and the Form type that captured it.
- Check the Referrer URL column to see which page sent the visitor to the form, when that information is available.
- Click the icon in the Form Preview column to open the exact form that captured that conversion in a new tab.
That’s it! You now know how to open Lead Reports, switch between its report types, and review individual conversions in the details table. Next, take a look at how to use A/B testing in Thrive Leads if you want to compare specific form variants rather than overall trends.
