  • Benoit T says:

    small typo to fix
Landing page for a construction compnay (company)

  • David C says:

    Love It!

  • Juan C says:

    Incredible value.

Chiropractors as well as pet grooming and/or day spas are very popular.

  • Avinash says:

All 7 are Good looking themes, Shane! Thanks

Btw, Shane I want to bring an important requirement [suggestion] from all our bloggers to your notice!

Out of all your 156 landing page so far today, only 1 REVIEW landing page is there which really making all our bloggers to feel sad!

Writing Reviews is an important part of our bloggers life! So we always look to bring attractive review pages to attract our readers! So we obviously expect more Review landing pages from any company like yours! So how can your team ignore the “REVIEW landing pages” in your list? With just 1 Review landing page how can we manage, adjust? :/

This is really making me to feel sad being an member of Thrive Themes Family!

So it’s my, our humble request from bloggers family, please bring new Review landing pages of different types!

Hope you won’t ignore this imp suggestion!

    Cheers πŸ™‚

    • Kim C says:

I agree more review/(bonus) templates would be very helpful

    • Shane Melaugh says:

Thanks for your comment, Avinash! There will definitely be more templates for product reviews and blogging in general, in the future. We have some specific plans for this. πŸ™‚

  • Doug says:

This is fantastic, thank you guys. My entire business model is centered around building websites for small businesses and then up selling them into more of my consulting services. These local business templates are a huge help for me to offer extremely low-priced solutions.

Request: I notice that a lot of the pages are “landing pages” and lack that standard website feel with a navigation. If you can provide templates that have a standard navigation that would be great.

Request 2: Many of the customers I deal with want ecommerce solutions built into their landing pages. Integration and more integration tools with WooCommerce would be fantastic.

Thanks for the updates! These kinds of regular updates keep me a customer for sure.

    • Shane Melaugh says:

Thank you for your comment, Doug.

The reason these templates are all landing pages is because the way we see it, pages with navigation, interlinked pages, blogs, ecommerce stores etc. are in the domain of themes rather than landing pages.

While you can build out an entire interlinked website using Thrive Landing Pages it’s really not ideally suited for that. We’ve got a post here that explains this in a bit more detail.

Having said that, we’d love to provide a theme-based solution for this kind of thing in the future as well.

      • gregory m says:

I agree with Doug, It would be nice if we had a generic small business theme that covered the main pages like Home, Services, Contact, About Us.

You can have one that covers service type business and one that covers product type business for starters and then expand a bit more later?

It will really help us provide value to our customers and then upsell them to other services

If you are feeling generous , then you can cover 1 type of business from the many business type categories πŸ™‚

  • Lisa Allen says:

Gorgeous new templates– your designers have excellent sense of space, color, and fonts. Local business consultants will thank you for these πŸ™‚

  • Jan says:

This is great Shane, hope you have landing pages for Financial advisor or certified financial planner like me

  • Malone says:

    Hi Shane,

Glad to see you keep on adding new templates, i have bought your plug in and what i can say is while the template are all very good and very target oriented, i believe your guys should add some more default basic template that will allow your customers to solve others simple issue, such as linking to one website and another (split screen template), Experience have shown that some very basic things like that are quite hard to achieve. A simple 2 way page, 2 column full width for instance.

  • Claudemir M says:

Very nice, as always you guys are awesome.

  • Keith Sage says:

Awesome additions, Shane. These new pages are perfect to crank out quick, converting landing pages for my local Adwords clients. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again… You guys are the best.

    • Shane Melaugh says:

Thank you very much, Keith! Glad to hear that these templates are instantly useful for you.

  • Vikram Anand says:

Shane and team rock! I so love how marketing oriented your software is. Other developers create pretty sites and landing pages. Thrive Themes create pages, plugins and editors that help convert. A big difference.

My site is a 100% Thrive Themes creation. More power to the Thrive Themes team. Your support staff is outstanding too.

    • Shane Melaugh says:

Thanks for your comment, Vikram! Very happy to see that you’re getting so much value out of our products. πŸ™‚

  • Bruce says:

Nice looking templates, I wish that you had produced these a couple of months ago, would have saved me a lot of time.
Could do with an agency type theme for my business promoting these templates to local businesses.

  • Dave Lafreniere says:

This is great! Thanks! A lot of local businesses and trades guys still don’t have a website and something simple like this would be perfect! Thanks so much.

  • Charlie B says:

Awesome! They look really good. Thanks for adding these!

  • Love, love love the local business landing pages.
Here are a couple that I know there would be broad use for:
    – Life coach
    – Distance Education School / course.
I work with thousands of people who are in one or the other business and I will gladly refer them to you.

What a great idea, Thanks Shane!

  • Christopher says:

The page templates are GREAT! You guys keep delivering value to your customers. Thanks! Also, perhaps you can do a video on how to create eCommerce pages to sell physical products.

  • Eric says:

You misspelled company in – Landing page for a construction compnay

  • Laura says:

I’m currently customising the medical clinic landing page that I downloaded from the Thrive cloud. I’ve noticed, however, that the lead magnet section won’t connect to any of my current lightboxes. They don’t appear in the list at all. Is that because it’s from the cloud or some other reason? Will the fact that this is an “official” landing page now change that? I don’t want to have to import this one and lose all the customisation I’ve already done.

    • Shane Melaugh says:

      Hello Laura,

We didn’t create lead gen lightboxes here because the idea is that you could link the button directly to an appointment scheduling app like Calendly or SetMore. For local businesses that work with appointments, this will greatly shorten the cycle, compared to getting the lead, getting in touch, going back and forth to find a suitable appointment time etc.

  • Konrad says:

I get why Landingpage templates are awesome, and they look real nice. But let’s say I want to build a website for a restaurant. Wouldn’t it make more sense to have layout options instead of landingpages, because I want the same look an feel of the landingpage an all my pages. Of course I could take your landingpage template and then add a navigation at the top but that would be static and wouldn’t use the built in wordpress functionalities for the menu, sidebar widgets and so on…

    • Shane Melaugh says:

      Hello Konrad,

There’s definitely a difference between a landing page and an entire website (more on that here) and these pages aren’t really suited for building a whole site.

      • Konrad H says:

        Hi Shane,

        thanks for your reply!

yeah I get that and landing page templates do make a lot of sense. But I also think that something like a website skin would also be very useful. For me as an agency, I do have a lot of different customers (e.g. lawyers, restaurants). It would be awesome for me to just use your product for every case. The one thing that stops me for doing so, is that you have a lot of great landing page templates, but that I can’t use them for the whole website. Because of this, I still have to buy themes that are made for that specific niche.

I wonder if the amount of work would differ that much for you between “only” providing a landing page template versus a theme “skin”, that provides a customized set of colours, sizes for hx tags, fonts and some other elements for the whole website.

I hope you get what I’m trying to say πŸ˜€

  • Jim says:

The phone number links can be made live on tablets using simple html like tel:5551235555 right?

  • Borja Ferrando says:

  • Hardy says:

Can you do templates for danceschools as well ? It would be great πŸ™‚

  • Arun K says:

    landing page for health clubs

  • Herman says:

They look great..I’d recommend web design and video marketing agency

    • Shane Melaugh says:

Thanks for the suggestion, Herman! I don’t know if we’ll do the web design agency one. I feel like a good web design agency will always make their own landing pages. πŸ™‚

  • Nat says:

Great landing page templates! You guys keep making a great product better and better!

Just a heads up, the first couple of templates aren’t connected to a lead capture box so you might want to add those for easier use for members (since the ones you make are most likely better than what many users will do).

Also, the construction company theme, the 2 step opt in button is below the fold.

    Otherwise, super awesome!

My vote for next industries would be dentists and surgeons.

    • Shane Melaugh says:

      Thanks for your feedback, Nat!

  • Frank Okun says:

I’m looking to replace some of the theme providers I am a member of. It seems like Thrive Themes is constantly improving and coming out with new products. This is encouraging. Hopefully, there will be some incentive for lifetime membership?

    • Shane Melaugh says:

      Hello Frank,

      Thanks for your comment!

We don’t have any plans for introducing a lifetime membership.

  • Peter J says:

Thank you very much Shane; I truly appreciate your work and dedication. Keep up the good work!

  • Rick Z says:

Wow, you guys just keep pumping out the goods! These look great. How about a landing page for a “consultant.” I was thinking of a marketing consultant specifically, but I suppose the same template could be use for just about any type of consulting services. Another idea would be a “portfolio” type of page for artists, craftsmen, authors, interior designers, etc.

  • Mark says:

Awesome. Took too long and we were starting to look at other options… but now we can stop!! Appreciated. Lot’s of good comments here – adding nav options (these can make great home pages for local businesses)

Rather than more specific businesses ( images and copy changes the business target easily…) please make sure that these integrate as seamlessly as possible with all the great conversion tools you already offer!

  • Eddy S says:

This is great. Keep them coming. It would be great if you had hole themes built for this as well as just landing pages.

    • Shane Melaugh says:

Thanks for your comment, Eddy! Themes for local businesses are something we’ll definitely look into, once our new theme framework is ready.

  • Tripp M says:

Great landing page gues…Have you guys considered making multiple Homepages?

  • Matej says:

Tamplate for music school would be great.
I would really like to see new theme for musicians like Twotone from Audiotheme.

  • Sean W. says:

Excellent, as usual. I probably could use one and make some changes, but if your designers want to work on another category, try mailbox rental/office services. Working on one for a potential client and in my research discovered a ton of not-so-great sites in that category. Lots of opportunities for your clients who build for small businesses.

    • Shane Melaugh says:

      Hello Sean,

Thanks for the suggestion! I wasn’t even aware of that as a business category. πŸ™‚

We’ll add it to our list of new ideas to explore.

  • Kirk says:

These are great pages. thanks !!!
Here are some more professions that you should add. Please add a page for financial advisors / wealth managers, CPAs, consultants, dentists, etc/ keep the innovations coming. cheers

  • Dean Hankey says:

You Guys ROCK! – Thank You Yet Again!

  • Greate landing pages , i’m looking to see landing pages for marketing & seo agencies , web dev , web design agency , local expert like expert designer , expert marketer , expert life coach , it will make you above and byond of your compititors

  • Bryce M says:

Love these landing pages! As you asked for recommendations, I would love to see some built for local agriculture businesses. We do beekeeping and I help a lot of people that have various agricultural businesses and I think it would be super helpful for us to have local agriculture landing pages to work with. Thanks!

  • Katerina says:

    Dentist and chiropractor, thanks!

  • Simon Wiedemann says:

Really great addition to the landing pages. Thanks for that.

I would welcome a landing page for an IT service store / IT repair center.

  • Uffe K says:

Soo cool Shane… You guys rock..!! πŸ™‚

  • Nice templates!

My suggestions: templates for web designers and templates for coaches and trainers (with a free download for list building).

And as somebody else already suggested: it would be nice to use these templates in a theme like Ignition so all pages have the same look & feel. I know I can add the menu manually, but somehow I think it is more convenient to use the landing pages within the normal WordPress environment.

  • Dean C says:

These are really nice Shane! Love to see your ideas on a training gym layout.

  • Craig says:

Would like to see some for Customer Experience Consultancy & Training Services

  • Dennis says:

Great templates! Thank you! Landing pages for B & B’s or small boutique hotels or inns to integrate with booking plugins or apps would be awesome.

  • James says:

These are awesome Shane! Thank you! Such clear, clean, modern designs, I love it. I think you doing this is what brings more and more customers to ThriveThemes. People love “done for you” templates of all types.

1: Realtor theme: make one for attracting a seller who wants to know their homes value and find out how the agent will market their home, past sales, etc. Realtors focus much more on attracting sellers than buyers, since that’s much more efficient and profitable. The buyers come later automatically once you have a home listed.

2: Yoga Studio, or Yoga Teacher
    3: Personal trainer

    • Shane Melaugh says:

Thanks for your comment, James! Very interesting point about the realtors. That’s something we hadn’t considered.

  • Marchal says:

Dear Shane and friends, Thanks for the new relaeases. If it is possible i like to see templates for yoga and healing practise. Thanks for your dedication. With best wishes, Marchal ([email protected])

  • Quentin P says:

More good stuff from Thrive. Thanks as always Shane.

  • The templates look great! No more messing around with complete themes that just don’t fit your needs. Up till now my membership is worth every penny.

  • Arvin Poole says:

I needed this for several of my clients, particularly in the beauty product industry. Thanks Shane.. Another great post!

  • Jack P says:

Awesome. Will look forward to others as they are added.

  • B says:

    Hi Shane,
Would love an online fitness template & blog LP?! Thank you

  • Brian Savic says:

It’s like you are reading my mind Shane!

  • Mark says:

Very helpful! Thanks for your creativity.

Have you considered creating landing page templates for entertainers?

I am in contact with countless kid show and adult show magicians, clowns, jugglers, puppeteers, etc. who have the money but not the time to create websites for their businesses. They are not afraid to spend up for a nice looking website.

    • Shane Melaugh says:

That’s an interesting idea, Mark. Something we hadn’t considered before. Thanks for the suggestion, Mark!

  • Brad says:

Another great upload and another great reason I stay a member πŸ™‚ Great work. Would love to see some landing pages for individual product sales like a book, course or watch etc too pls.

  • Joan Bell says:

You guys rock, these are fabulous! This makes it so easy for any small business.

  • Landing pages are great.
Would love to see landing page for the following Niches.

    1. Gyms
    2. Education/School
    3. Coaching
    4. Clothing store
    5. Teespring
    6. Discount Coupon landing page “enter email to claim your ____ discount”

  • Aaron Parker says:

Great stuff as usual guys. As for suggestions, maybe lay off the templates for a while and build split testing into your landing pages as soon as possible. This is something that is sorely missing from this awesome product range. Using Analytic Experiments is painful and a simple method like we have with Thrive Leads would be awesome. Challenge: Instabuilder did it years ago, you geniuses should be able to do it easy???. Keep up the great work.

  • Steve H says:

Love the new local bizz themes. Would love to see more, e.g. electrician, commercial cleaner, mortgage broker, tyre shop.

  • Jakub Mikus says:

I like it πŸ™‚ i will change for something like that soon πŸ™‚
    A Template for Coaching/Psychotherapy/Hypnotherapy service.

  • Marco says:

Hi Shane, it’d be great to have templates for startups, like this one: http://spartacus.live

The idea is to sell a product and present the business in one place.

  • Martin says:

Amazing as always – you guys rock. Other industries.. Roof Contractor/Painter, General Handyman, Electrician, Garden Service, Life Skills Coach, Consultant, Industrial Cleaning, House Cleaning Services… The list is endless lol.

Great stuff though, will be setting these up for some new clients I am sure.

  • Jan B says:

Hello, I want to remake my website. Now people say that I should create several landing pages instead of a website. Can someone help me to shine a lite on this. Thanks, Jan

    • Shane Melaugh says:

      Hello Jan,

There’s a difference in purpose between a page of a website and a landing page. I recommend you read this post for some more on this topic. πŸ™‚

  • Matej Zlatic says:

Love this Local Landings. Definitely they are a good source to start some custom landies.

One thing I would like to see in the future is also some themes oriented in e-shops with woocommerce πŸ˜‰

Keep up the good work ^_~

    • Shane Melaugh says:

Thank you for your comment, Matej. Ecommerce is something we will revisit once our new theme framework is completed.

  • Charley says:

I think Lifestyle Coach, Business Coach, Yoga Instructors, etc would be a great add to the rest of these. Great work guys!

  • paul says:

Cafes: the mobile friendly, fast updating style of thrive themes actually suits the needs of cafes more so than any other business. (I feel)

  • Barbie F says:

I Absolutely LOVE THRIVE THEMES!!! Always taking it NEXT LEVEL! Always Growing, Always improving and providing the BEST internet marketing tools for small business owners. The Developer license is the BEST investment I’ve ever made!!! You Guys are Amazing! My Go To Themes for Everything!

  • You guys are awesome…and I love the new local business templates!

  • Dustin says:

Excellent work! I would love to see a template for dentists. And also one for online based coaches.

  • Matthew Newnham says:

Another awesome release here, Shane. My Thrive monthly membership is easily the most valuable investment in marketing tools I’ve ever made. Thanks for all you guys do to keep advancing what we can do – greatly appreciated.

  • gregory m says:

Hi Shane, Amazing as ever. I have actually requested that you guys create local business themes as well but also I was just thinking – you could have an ondemand service? where you create these themes as a service? So something available to members only.

You could have criteria for the service like – you must be a full member etc – then people can just request a build for a website for a school or restaurant or whatever – so these will be basic themes that cover the generic type pages, Home, Services, Contact, About Us

    Just my 2 cents. πŸ™‚

    • Shane Melaugh says:

      Hi Gregory,

Thanks for the suggestion. Getting one of these template sets done represents many hours of work, so a service like that would be quite expensive. Not sure we’d have many takers.

  • would love to see a page for Life Coaches!

  • Jeff says:

Really great stuff. Keep it coming.

Here is my vote. I would really like to see a template for a daycare or private school.

  • Stephen says:

    Excellent! Outstanding!

Request for new templates: Musicianship Training (eg, guitar lessons, voice lessons, piano lessons)

  • John Z says:

Excellent, very nice and very useful.

  • Mark Duphiney says:

    Shane and Team,

I love the Local Business Templates! Could it be possible to get some COUPON based templates for businesses that offer Local Deals?

    • Shane Melaugh says:

      Hi Mark,

Thanks for the suggestion! Something we hadn’t considered before, but we’ll add it to the list. πŸ™‚

  • db says:

    Hi Shane,

Thank you for this superb addition to the landing page library. As someone mentioned in one of the comments above the list of possible local business landing pages we’d all love you to develop for us is almost endless!

Is it possible to work at a deeper level with something like a local business element pack containing images and colour schemes etc that could be applied to a generic local landing page template? And would it be possible to have a local business design tutorial of the considerations your inhouse developers might go through to design a local business landing page from an element perspective?

For example the existing medical clinic landing page could be used as a base layout for a veterinary clinic landing page. The existing elements (eg images) of the medical clinic would need to change obviously and there may be one or two other design considerations specific to veterinary clinics that one of your developers might document (or video) to make the transition more efficient/effective.

Is something of that nature possible?

    • Shane Melaugh says:

That’s an interesting idea. Something we will consider, for sure. From our side, the main question is whether it’s easier to put together a pack like that or whether we might as well create the various niche landing page designs.

Or maybe something in between. We’ll definitely be looking for the best way to cover all the requests made here.

  • David C. says:

What a great and useful addition that I will be using this week! Thank you, Shane and team!

If you are still looking for suggestions/ideas, I could use a landing page for:
    – mortgage broker
    – Insurance agent
    – Orthodontist
    – Chiropractor
    – another Real Estate Broker/agent landing page

  • KH says:

Awesome, will use this for a client soon.

  • Sim F says:

    Landing page for coaching business

  • Peter H says:

Awesome value. A template for a church would be very helpful! Huge market here in the US!

  • Avinash says:

    Off-Topic, [Imp Suggestion]

Shane, please add ‘”Pagination” feature TCB plugin, we want our long post to be split/break into 2-3 pages which makes readers to feel it easy to read, also we bloggers can achieve more page views if we break our long posts into multiple pages!

So please kindly add this feature to TCB!

Also, there is no place for we people on this entire site to submit our suggestions, thoughts, ideas, feedback!

    • Shane Melaugh says:

      Hello Avinash,

I believe that’s a feature that should be governed by the theme rather than the content editor. But it’s something we’ll make sure to include in future themes.

  • Tomas M says:

They look great! I’d like to see (and use) a music school with a variety of lessons like guitar lessons, piano lessons, voice lessons, etc.

  • This is great! The templates are spot on for those local businesses. Many think their websites are high converting with great UX, and they are far from it. Wow you have a lot of them at: https://thrivethemes.com/landing-pages-gallery/

  • Sam says:

Please a Photography or Photographer style template will be much appreciated. Thanks

  • Dennis L says:

Hey guys, could you build a template for a seminar with multiple (5-6) speakers?

  • Great development, here are my suggestions:
Landing pages for coaches, eg life coaches, career coaches, health and well-being. Also, spiritual direction / accompaniment.

  • Randy says:

    Landing page for advertising agency

  • joan a says:

You CAN build a whole website with Thrive Content Builder. Look at what I built with it! http://plrpays.com – The entire website is Content Builder pages. I just created the home page, then a category page and made it a template to reuse, and then a product page and made it a template to reuse.

And guess what? Even though my design skills are not great and the site isn’t perfect, I sold this website for $3,500 on Flippa! And here is proof of that: https://flippa.com/6795195-plrpays-com – and that price was my “Buy It Now” price. It’s hard to get a Buy It Now sale with a website on Flippa.

I believe this shows how powerful and attractive Thrive Content Builder sites can be – you just have to take action and do a little initial grunt work to create your primary templates.

This site also made plenty of sales in a short time for me and very good conversions, even if my design isn’t great looking – TCB made the design way better looking than I’m actually capable of doing. And that made the difference!

  • denis d says:

Hey Shane, thanks for these awesome temples. I would love it you guys could make one for the dog training business, please. Thanks.

  • Joe Newell says:

Shane, I have a handful of clients who want phone leads only – as most people find them on mobile devices and so tap-to-call would be a great way to capture a red-hot lead. They really don’t care much about optin leads. Do you have training already? And could we have a few templates in the cloud?

    • Shane Melaugh says:

      Hello Joe,

We don’t have anything ready for this kind of phone lead generation at the moment. Seeing some examples of landing pages optimized for phone leads could help us get a better understanding of the requirements.

  • Dan says:

    Shane & Team,

Love these pages! Any way to get some more local-style pages created, or even the same style of pages aimed at larger markets (Lead Gen-style markets)?

It would save us hours of coming up with modified templates for clients that need certain looks and layouts.

    • Shane Melaugh says:

      Hi Dan,

We are definitely going to create more landing pages like the ones presented here, yes.

If you can show us some examples of the types of pages that fit your needs, that will help tremendously.

  • Tom H says:

Love this. One of my clients is a health & wellness center with chiropractors, massage therapists, personal trainers, health coaches, yoga instructors. I could use a landing page for each of those disciplines.

  • sergio c says:

Great stuff. Are you guys coming out with more local homepage? It would be great to get more of them.

  • John Pickering says:

Would be great to see some more designs for local business.

  • David Conner says:

How about a professional pest control page?

  • Murry T says:

These are great templates Shane. May I ask when you will add more local biz niches?

Water Damage & Mold Remediation, Fire Damage Restoration, Drug Rehab, Window Replacement, Appliance Repair, Landscape Services just to name a few. There’s hungry market you could serve for the local biz templates

  • don l says:

how about a small service business layout, such as for swimming pool service. (like me) gardening/landscaping. etc. along those lines

  • Julian Tobin says:

I think your templates are fantastic and are really helping me get my site together. I teach English online and would like to see more templates related to education/online teaching/academies. This would be very helpful and I do believe that online teaching is a growing business and I know quite a few teachers who use Thrive Architect within my group of colleagues.
Thanks for everything and keep up the wonderful work you are doing!

    • Shane Melaugh says:
