After purchasing your Thrive Services package, your services team will get in touch with you with a Work Order form. This is where we gather more information about you, your business, and any design preferences or content you might already have. Then, your dedicated Project Manager will get in touch to dig deeper and answer all the questions we'll have to start work. We'll work with you to get access to your domain or set you up with one if you need it. Once we're confident we know what you need, our designers and web developers will get to work on the first revision for you to review. See the next FAQ question on revisions.
Our designers will start with a homepage, as it's the gateway into your website and the perfect place to confirm your design preferences, font selection, brand colors, logo, imagery, and more. You'll be given the opportunity to review the designs you are presented with and request your changes as you need. After checking in, we'll know if we're on the right track and will follow up by building the content on a staging website so that no-one but you can see it before it's ready. Finally, once it's time to hand over to you, we'll configure all of the backend settings and details in order to go live with your website.
When it's time to handover your completed website, we'll provide all of the work that we've done for you. That includes your website, design assets, a branding and style guide, and custom tutorials about how you can use your website. We want to make sure you're fully set up to succeed, so if you have any questions during the handover, we'd be happy to assist you!
