After submitting for a Job Quote, a project manager will assess the details you've provided. If they need more information, they'll email you to the address you've provided asking for more details. Then, when they've got enough information, they'll determine an estimation of the time it will take to complete the job.
They will email the Quote to you, along with a checkout link to purchase a bundle of Developer Hours most suited to your project. Once you purchase that bundle, your project manager will confirm and work will begin.
Your project manager will email you a quote with an estimated number of developer hours to achieve your project. Then, they'll provide checkout links to purchase the bundle of hours that most suits your project.
At that point, you can pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal.
You can use them for another project! Imagine you've purchased 4 hours and a developer gets the job done in 3— you still have one remaining dev hour, and you purchased it at a volume discount. At a later date, you spend the remaining dev hours on a new task, customization or fix on your website. Just reach back out to your project manager when you're ready!
Unused Developer Hours will expire 6 months after purchase.
Yes, you can. If you're looking to buy even more than 20 dev hours, simply reach out by submitting the Job Quote form above. Perhaps you have an agency managing 10s or 100s of WordPress websites, and you want to outsource custom development work for your clients. We'd be happy to assist.
And yes, at higher volumes, our dev hours are discounted even further.
