The Hybrid Sales Page Sequel

The page templates shown in the video are available immediately in our Landing Page Builder Plugin. The page set is called "Copy 2.0".

This page set is the "sequel" to our highly popular Copy Landing Page set, which was the first set to contain a hybrid long form sales page. The hybrid sales page combines all the best elements from a traditional long form sales letter and the more typical visual sales page seen on contemporary marketing sites.

We've taken everything we've learned since the release of the Copy 1.0 pages and made improvements on all fronts. With the Copy 2.0 pages, you get more elements as well as a wider range of page templates that all work together seamlessly.

Let us know what you think about these new sales pages! And as always: if you have any questions, please leave a comment below.

  • Shane, will the training show how to set up the cookies so that people who haven’t opted in can’t access the video content until they do?

I would LOVE to use these templates, and that’s what I come up against. I use IS for my mailing list and affiliate system.

    Thanks!

    • Hi Dori,

Nope, this training is going to be low tech and rapid implementation style. Sure, you can do all sorts of stuff with cookies and evergreen and whatnot, but what 99% of online business owners need far more than that is the discipline to ship.

In other words: you don’t NEED any of that stuff to create a highly successful launch and I’ll prove it on the webinar.

  • Is there any way to include an actual checkout form in Thrive landing pages… for example with Gravity Forms? I’d really like to have my customers check out and buy on these pages.

    • Hi Ben. Using the WordPress Content block and copy/pasting a Gravity Forms shortcode into it doesn’t work for you ?

    • Hi Ben,

Like Radomir mentions, you can already use our pages in conjunction with Gravity Forms. It’s likely that we’ll create a form building solution as well at some point in the future, but in the meantime, I highly recommend using solutions that are already available.

    • Thank you, Trish! I get a good amount of sleep, actually.

(I also have an amazing team that works with me)

  • I was just going to ask if you had launch sequence pages ie video 1, video 2, etc as I’ve been seeing them a lot lately and they seem very effective. Thanks for taking the time to put this together. Looking forward to the webinar.

  • I hate sounding like a gushing school kid, but you and your team make it so easy to do!

Thanks for all these great templates.

No more excuses. Now I have to now go and create something to sell….

    • Thank you very much, Trevor! Definitely create something to sell. We’re trying to make all the rest as easy as possible for you. 🙂

  • To be honest Shane,I want to purchase one of your high-end product options but I just do’nt know where to start because of the regular updates I receive.I very much hope this webinar will finally solve my ‘overwhelmed’ feeling !

    • Hi Alex,

      Thanks for your comment!

I hope we can help you get a good overview and feel less overwhelmed on the webinar. You’ll also be able to ask questions and we try to answer as many of those as possible.

  • When I originally bought Thrive Content Builder I didn’t ever imagine that it would develop into the tool it is today. It has turned out to be an incredible investment in my business and I just wanted to thank you… again!

    • Thank you very much, Mark! As an early customer, you helped set this whole thing in motion, so it’s only fair that you got a ridiculously good deal. 🙂

  • Awesome stuff!
A real great design for a Launch page!

Question : did you experiment with automated evergreen launches (with a one time offer that visitors see only for time x, and get redirected later)? And if yes, is there any redirect script you can recommend?

    • Hi Julius,

We’re not covering any evergreen stuff… yet. In this webinar, we’ll focus on the basics. Evergreen will come in the near future.

  • The value that Thrive Themes offers is amazing, especially when compared to Leadpages, Clickfunnels etc. However, I’m hoping payment integration will be added in the not too distant future. In the pipeline perhaps Shane?

    • Thank you very much, James!

Payment integration will be part of our product suite at some point, but not in the near future.

  • Amazing value here! I love the way Thrive Themes is growing in not only adding more content, but educating customers along the way. Makes me feel like the smartest guy around for having joined the family this last year.

Shane, I know you don’t, for good reason, tip your hat early as to upcoming features, but I’d be interested to know if there will be any plans for a membership option added in the future? As a suggestion, It’s the only piece left that I can see to really connect up the sales funnel? Maybe a heavy lift for your schedule, but my confidence is pretty high with you guys right now.

  • Hi Shane, Awesome as usual!

It’s amazing how much you’ve guys have brought out in the short time I’ve been using Thrive. What’s even more amazing is how good your support is. Seriously! If anybody who’s not yet a customer is reading this …. trust me, the support is awesome.

While I know your dev team is actively working on fixing minor bugs and making tweaks – which is evident from the plugin updates messages I keep getting in WordPress – would you use your good offices to persuade the developers to prioritise font related glitches (your support team has forwarded my list of minor font related bugs)? And also the ability to remove unnecessary googlefont api calls to make Thrive themes even faster than they already are.

Once again, thanks for the awesome product. I have recommended Thrive to more than a couple of people.

  • Hi Shane,

Nice addition. This new sales page structure is something I will experiment with adding next week. (have several long page formats, but I REALLY LIKE some of the built in features such as the Pros/Cons).

One area I’ve struggled a bit with is on where to add testimonials… I found when putting them in a sidebar next to the main sales copy it helped a lot with early retention… though it was not clear it helped with final conversion.

Would be really nice if the Testimonials facility could store and present rather than having to copy/paste and reformat the text structure for each and every entry on a page- it’s tedious and error prone given TCB responsiveness being so slow. (eg, it takes about 10 minutes per testimonial on average to get it entered correctly – sounds shocking until you try it). Having the data already pre-formatted, and able to draw from a small testimonial database would be huge!

    Eg in mock shortcode terms…
    [testimonials 1-4]

    another section in sidebar
    [testimonials 5-10, photos=”no”]

    [testimonials 1-100, region size= “5”, auto=”rotate”]
(to rotate through the first 100 testimonials displaying only 5 at a time)

    Thanks for your consideration,
    Stephen

  • Hey Shane,

Thanks so much for this post! I read it yesterday and right away I had a countdown for my services-launch. It looks amazing, and I’m very happy about that. However, now my only issue is that my ThriveLeads Widget Box isn’t showing on my blog page…It works on everything else (blog posts, pages, etc.), except the actual edustenia.com/blog URL.

    What should I do?

    Thanks a lot! 🙂

  • Since folks have already said it in as many ways as I can think of…ditto, ditto, ditto, ditto. I’ve shared Thrive with so many people and they think I’m making it up when I rave. I don’t easily endorse any tool or technology usually because I know we all have different needs. That changed when Thrive Themes came along!

I even implemented a content lock and a couple new optins approaches last week. Since I don’t have much traffic to my blog (yet) I don’t have numbers and I know it is a step ahead of where I was a few weeks ago and it is how I intend to keep going forward!

Thanks for all you and your team do. Your tech support team rocks..please send them my thanks too. Blessings. MamaRed

  • Hello Shane, I have already requested the additional training on “Build an Entire Product Launch Funnel – the Easy Way” but have not received any confirmation email yet. I have tried already 2 different email addresses and have also checked the spam folder…but I have no confirmation email.
I will appreciate your help on receiving this training. Thank you so much in advance.

  • Build an Entire Product Launch Funnel – the Easy Way
    Hi Shane,
I would like to create an Evergreen launch for our product.
    I registered at the Optin, but I do not get e-mail with the course. What am I doing wrong? ((O;

  • Hi Shane. I’ve been devouring all of this wonderful information you have to offer. However there have been a few times now that I have signed up to receive your trainings and they are not ending up in my mailbox. Can you offer guidance? Thank you!

  • Wow! I’m definitely excited about the multiple “Coming Soon” video page you’ve created. I’ve seen a lot of these for guitar courses, and I’ve been wanting to create a page like this for my own guitar courses, but I never had a way to…until now! Thanks for such “over and above” products and keeping on top of things for your customers, Shane!

  • I love this! I would like to sell a clickbanck product that is not new or mine although I have permission to market it, is this still a good option in terms of landing page formula’s to use?
Do I need my blog to be up running first?

  • Hey, Shane, awesome teaching! I’ve finished creating all the funnels! Added the content and ready to rock! I couldn’t have done this without all your hard work that you’ve done to help us (putting theses courses together)! Thank you so very much!

Also, I have one question. I’ve created 4 pages & in each page, I’ve added downloadable content. So, what would you suggest…

    – Have a button that collects their email (for each page). Then email them the downloadable content?

    or

    – Have a button on each page that when clicked it immediately starts downloading the content to their computer.

    Thanks a million! 🙂

    Joshua
