    • We’re interested in making this happen. To do so, we need more information about the call tracking service you use, so we can create an integration of some sort. I encourage you to post in the forums about this.

      • Correct me if I’m wrong, Shane. Patrick, I believe this is where the hide option on mobile versus desktop comes in handy. Add the second mobile only button and choose to hide the primary number on mobile/tablet. And vice versa.

      • If there’s a single mobile number that’s different from the desktop one, then this is indeed how it can be done. This would mean that all mobile visitors see the same number, and that number is different from the one non-mobile visitors see.

I’m not sure if that covers the requirements of the call tracking, though.

  • Hi Shane, I am considering Thrive landing pages for my company and I had one question. Can a phone number be added to the opt-in form so the opt in could include the “Name, Email, and Number” for submission?

    • I’m not sure what you mean by that, sorry. Can you describe the end result you’re trying to achieve?

  • What I did was to create a Tap to Call Button in a Lead Group that displays as a bottom ribbon on every page and post…but only on mobile. Works great and IMO is much more relevant to mobile than to desktop.

  • Thank you very much for adding this! I was creating my own make-shift call button yesterday after discovering the click-to-call option was not in Thrive Architect yet.

  • Shane,

I have been with you since the days of Hybrid Connect and I have been really impressed with your passion for excellence and attention to detail.

You guys are always pushing the envelope of invovation and service exellence.

Also your speed to address issues is amazing.

Thank you for addressing this issue so quickly and for your supprt staff who really give excellent service.

One again well done on this launch and thank you for your amazing products.

    Warm regards

    Warren

    • Thank you, Warren. Since Hybrid Connect, eh? Man, that seems like an eternity ago, now. 🙂

Thank you very much for your support over the years!

  • Dear Shane,

I’m really impressed. The new plugin is just awesome.
How is going to be regards SEO and regards page size/weight?
    Thanks for all

  • Thanks.
I was using the old click to call in my websites, having only one option or design to do that. Now, I am going to change the click to call buttons the way I want easier and faster. Thank you for this tutorial. Now, I would like a video tutorial about how to built a homepage from scratch, using the amazing elements of Thrive Architect.
    Thank you!

    • Thank you for your comment, Juan! Glad you agree that this is a significant upgrade compared to the previous feature. 🙂

  • Shane, I appreciate you bringing out new stuff like this, but Thrive Architect has so many bugs and problems, that I think you would be better served allocating all your resources to responding to your users support tickets before developing new stuff.

I have sent two tickets for a simple question on TA. Both tickets have been replied with a quick “template” like response that didn’t answer the question and made it seem like they didn’t really look at the question before answering.

The frustrating part is that I have to wait a day for each response. Then I respond letting them know the answer they gave wasn’t helpful and then I have to wait another day to hear back. So a simple question can take 3-5 days to resolve. While I’m stuck at my PC twiddling my thumbs.

I love Thrive everything, but this TA release might have been too early and the customer service is starting to fall sadly behind what it used to be.

    • Hello Michael,

Sorry about your frustrations with this. Our support team is working around the clock to keep up with the current demand. Right now, because thousands of sites have made a major update, there’s a surge in support issues. 90% of our resources are dedicated to helping every customer who has an issue. And in our typical fashion, we often go well beyond the call of duty to fix issues on user’s sites. A few new features we release in the meantime take nothing away from that, I assure you.

  • Hi, Shane. Nice feature. Thanks for making it clear how to use it. I do have a question about navigating the TA editing panel, though:

Are there any plans to add a wider scroll bar? I find it very difficult to constantly use my mouse’s scroll wheel to move up and down the editing panel. My finger gets tired and it’s not very efficient. The existing scroll bar along the right-hand side seems a bit too small and is hard for me to click on it in order to scroll up and/or down quickly.

Also related to navigation would be to provide an “expand all” and “collapse all” button to expand or collapse all the editing sections at once.

It’s just my opinion, but I think that these simple changes would make navigation in the TA editing panel much easier and less tedious. But don’t get me wrong; TA is a great product and I’m glad I have it.

    • Thank you for your feedback, Joel!

A wider scroll bar will not happen, no. But we do have a “collapse all” like feature on the roadmap. We might also tighten up the sidebar UI a bit, to make things accessible with less scrolling.

    • A wall.

It’s really just a regular wall in an apartment, with a light shining at it, so that it’s over-exposed.

  • Should have posted this comment here first… Shane – you are a superb instructor. Every video you put together makes everything easy and you add clarity and great examples. You are one of the reasons I enjoy Thrive Themes – you just get it. Thanks my man!

    • Thank you very much, Gene! That means a lot to me as being a good teacher is something I work on deliberately. It’s an important goal for me. 🙂

  • Hi Shane,

I am Agency member of Thrivethemes and I am very happy with everything I can do with the tools, they are excellent … I congratulate you

Now with Architect things are going to get even more interesting

I would like to know if I could have with your approval and help, to be able to translate and work all the marketing materials in Spanish, since I work with Spanish speakers, in fact my first language is Spanish

I forgot to tell you that I am also an affiliate member, and that is why I would like to promote Thrivethemes in the Spanish-speaking market

I’ll keep an eye on your comments.

    Antonio

    • Hello Antonio,

Thank you! I’m happy that you are supporting us as a member and affiliate already.

You can of course create marketing material in Spanish and you can make content that is inspired by what we create. But you are not allowed to copy our content exactly and you also cannot use our branding, images and content in such a way that a visitor could be led to believe that your site and content is official Thrive Themes content.

Apart from that, I recommend creating unique content, anyway. What you make with your unique voice will always do better than a copy/translate job.

  • Shane, any plans on having ultimatum work on a AC Web hooks in the future?!

And will progress bars have more customisation soon?! Right now we can’t change the size 🙁

    • Hello Dean,

We currently aren’t working on Thrive Ultimatum, so I can’t make any promises there. For the progress bar, more customization will come in a future update, yes.

  • This is great! But why not add Whatsapp sharing buttons aswell? They still don’t seem to be available in the themes yet but would be usefull.

    • Thanks for the suggestion, Sander! Social sharing isn’t a high priority for us, but we will take this into consideration for later.

    • Hello Daniel, if you’re having trouble making this work on your site, please open a support ticket so our team can help you out. Thanks.
